Conference Fee

The conference fee includes the book of abstracts, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, excursion, and the banquet. Please note that the registration desk will open on Sunday afternoon and the conference will end on late Thursday afternoon. The banquet will be organized during the excursion day on the way back to Iasi.

All prices are for early registration before April 30. For registration after April 30, please allow to add € 50.

Cancellation policy

Please note: speakers or poster presenters must register before April 30, otherwise the contribution will be taken out from the conference program.
